The Transition Partnership Program (TPP) connects high school students with disabilities to the California Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) and assists with their transition to work. TPP helps students overcome barriers to employment, assistance may include direct job development, vocational training, or post-secondary education.

Each student in TPP is assigned to a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. The counselor along with WESELPA staff work with students until they are successfully placed in employment for a minimum of 90 days.

TPP is a high school specific contract with DOR. If you are a teacher and would like to participate in the TPP program, please contact the West End SELPA.
